My daughter and her friend were studying in Paris for 3 months. Rather than searching for a student flat we decided that this flat was perfect.Heat, electric and wifi are all included so it made financial sense.It is a lovely roomy flat in a beautiful Parisian area. The Seine is just round the corner,the Eiffel Tower and Invalides nearby,great shopping in Rue de Commerce and plenty of local bars and restaurants.We have used Parisaddress before and it is very straightforward.We will always use them when we visit Paris.

I stayed at this apartment for 40 days during june/july 2014, it is in a great location and has everything a couple or family of 3 needs to have an enjoyable stay, located near a great shopping street and subway stops, it is clean and tidy and i found the people at Paris Booking great to deal with. My only comment would be that in the summer months it could use a portable electric fan for those extra hot days!

81 rue du theatre is indeed well located, to metros, buses, neighborhood shopping, banks etc. The apartment could use a little up grading. For example, the large bath tub should have a handle on the wall for balance security. Also, there should be more towels for 2 people for 11 days.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient for getting to major Métro routes. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. The neighbourhood is residential and pleasant, with good restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's very close to main shopping areas and markets. The apartment itself is small and comfortable, with very useful shuttered windows on three sides.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped, we found all we needed in terms of linen, towels and accessories. It's also quite near to Eiffel Tower, so that you can reach it by foot in 20-30 minutes. The metro station in quite near and the zone is well served, there are food shops, a pharmacy, a bakery and other stores and services. We found Parisadddress staff very nice, helpful and available. I can suggest you parisaddress because it's a very serious agency.
