We really enjoyed our stay at Prince1. It is very charming and well located. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (my only selfish recommendation would be a nespresso coffee machine!!). The last flight of stairs to the front door would be a challenge for some. The shower may not suit everyone; we found the best way to use the shower was to sit in the bath! St Germain is a great area and we would certainly reconsider staying here.

Great location – close to the Metro for transportation, shopping and the Latin Quarter for really good inexpensive meals. However, the apartment is on the 5th floor (in France) our 6th floor and is not for the faint of heart. There is no elevator. The stairwell area is a little shabby but do not despair. The apartment was clean and tidy but really only suited for a couple as the only bed is in the loft area with a sofa (no pull-out) in the living area. If we had a question for Paris Address (sent by e-mail) they responded promptly. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area which can get VERY noisy on the weekends. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

Great apartment, great location, no issues whatever, Paris Address continue to provide a superb service, their taxi option works well and their attention to detail is excellent. Its our fourth time with Paris Address and our first in this apartment, we will be back again as soon as possible

This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The issues were no wifi and the light in the bath room did not work. Also the apartment is list as having a bath tub with shower but it's a tub with a shower head, you can not stand up and shower. We love Paris and had a great time and will use Parisaddress again.

Lovely apartment! Fantastic location! Only issue was there was no wifi or washer/dryer as listed. But we loved it for our first stay in Paris... It won't be our last.
