My daughter and I had an 8 day stay in Dauph 16 in December. It far exceeded my expectations what witg this being my first experience with online bookings and apartment accommodation. Paris Address came highly recommended for quality accomodation and efficient professional service and I found this to be true. Our greeter was most helpful both with our delayed arrival time and some help I needed during our stay. Assistance was promptly available.The apartment has all that is needed including heating,free wi fi, a safe and even umbrellas. Very secure with 2 entry codes. Location was fantastic. Close to a number of metro stops. All manner of shops, eateries, cinemas, supermarkets within a few blocks. Easy walking to the islands, across to the Right Bank and along the Left Bank. I would opt for this apartment again for its location, amenities and the charm of staying in a 16th century building.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in November. The location could not be better. The apartment was the perfect size for my husband and me and the service we received from Paris Address was excellent. I would highly recommend both the company and this apartment.

We stayed for a week in this delightful apartment. Location is wonderful, only a few steps from the Seinne and Pont Neuf. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Musey d'Orsay within easy walking distance. Supermarket, restaurants also near. The staircase is the only downside, not an easy climb with luggage. But you only go up once with case and can take it slowly. We did encounter some problems but the agent did a fantastic job to solve them. Beds comfortable and clean, shower a bit small but workable. Quiet location and so central. We couldn't believe our luck, and would recommend it unreservedly.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for two weeks in August-September 2013. It is located on the first floor of a charming old building just a stone's throw from the Pont Neuf. We couldn't believe our luck. It is in a great location, with restaurants and food stalls nearby and is an easy walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Parisaddress were promt, friendly and helpful to deal with. We were extremely grateful to be able to organise the apartment at very short notice, since we had arrived in Paris and found our hotel accommodation to be depressingly awful. We found Parisaddress on the internet and were delighted that for the same money we were able to stay in far better accommodation and in such a great location. It made our trip and we will definitely return.

Great Apartment - very efficient layout. The location is within walking distance to a great many Paris landmarks. Very convenient to local shops, restaurants, and cafes as well as all public transportation modes. Paris Address was great to work with and we will use them again.

This apartment was perfect for my husband, daughter and I during our 10 day stay this July. It is close to everything and provides all the basics. Working with Parisaddress was easy and pleasant. We spent one week at the studio apartment on 16, rue Dauphine during the month of April 2011.Although small, the apartment has all the amentities of a larger place, everything being beautifully appointed. The location is outstanding insofar as many of the important sites of Paris are within walking distance. Furthermore the apartment has airconditioning which is very agreable. The only challenge is the narrow spiral staircase, but the concierge is very willing to help.

The apt is in a great location,easy walking to most places of interest including shops and services and well served by transport options to other destinations.It is a very comfortable apt and the info we received at the beginning was helpful and accurate.We are very happy with Paris Address and hope to connect again. For a studio the bedroom is really separate: more like a one bedroom. We will definitely use your services again

We had a wonderful week based in this studio apartment on the edge of the Latin Quarter. The agents had been very thorough in making sure we knew where the supermarkets were, and how best to access the Metro. To have all the main museums within walking distance was great. We would strongly recommend a stay here; very good value for money.
