BEAUMARCH Apartment
Excellent location; very nice apartment, comfortable and relatively complete in terms of amenities. I agree with most comments posted here; the person introducing us to the apartment was very helpful. The only constraints that I could not figure out of the photos on the website, were that 1) the bedroom's height at the mezzanine level forces any person over 5'10'' or 170 cm. to bend while walking, and 2) the only WC/toilet is downstairs.

My wife and I spent a month in this unit in August/September 2011. The location is amazing, right into the heart of Paris and walking distance to all attractions. There is a lot of life and activity on St-Honore and with the large windows overlooking the street you have a sense of being part of true Parisian life. The apartment was comfortable although the messazine hight is not best for someone over 5'10" as you will bang your head once in a while which is not fun when it happens. The corridors leaves to be desired and need some sprucing up but once you enter the unit it is nice and well furnished. You have all you need for a comfortable stay. Restaurants, patisseries, grocery stores are all around you and you are one block away from the main Halles metro/REER station that goes everwhere, including Charles De Gaule airport. We highly recommend this apartment.

We spent the last week of October in the apartment. Perfect location for shopping, so close to the subway stations and the Louvre. Found everything we needed in the unit. We would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed for a week in July, the apartment is fine complete with quirky French bathrooms but spacious enough. The location was great. Our checkin was also late after we had made arrangements for our daughter to be there on time in case our plane was late. It was very hot, another fan would have been helpful as there is no A/C and leaving the windows open was hard as there was quite a bit of street noise. Having said all that I would stay there again. Lots of shopping close at hand and an easy walk to many areas.

we stayed for a full 2 weeks @ this apartment and the property is very comfortable. it started off bad when Gabriel, who was the representative meeting us at the property to check us in was 30min late. after traveling for 14 hours and getting there on time couldnt understand plus no apology. the rest of the staff though , fabian in particular from paris address was fantastic and sorted every problem we had. the apartment is well located and spacious for 2 people. would use this company again but would hope that check in would be on time next trip.

We stayed 7 days at this apartment over the Christmas holiday season. The apartment is in an older building and the entrance is a bit rough, but the apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent; close to metro, markets, shops (etc) and a good home base for walking in the center of Paris. PS staff were very helpful in helping us to select an appropriate apartment and on check-in.
