I stayed in this apartment for a month and it was fantastic. The location is superb and the spaciousness of the apartment is a treat in Paris. Definitely recommend it. In addition, the staff at ParisAddress are great-very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is lovely (even nicer than in the photos), in a pleasant area near the Rue des Martyrs. It's an old place, so you do need to be prepared for maintenance issues (we were there two months, and over that time the phone, TV, roof, and washing machine all developed problems, and a door handle fell off). The good news is Paris Address is a reliable and responsible company; for example, they had a new flat screen TV in within 48 hours, and they went the extra mile for us when we needed special arrangements. They aren't fraudulent, they aren't looking for ways to pile on fees, and they were nice in person. They seem to be trying hard to build up a good company. I will certainly rent from Paris Address again, and I will think about renting this very apartment next time, too.

Pleasant, spacious apartment, good views to Montmartre. Pleasant and convenient situation. Overall, we found it good value.
However, the phone was not working when we were there, and was not repaired. Lift cramped and creaking.
