The apartment was in a great location and nice and bright, even though I stayed in late December. The kitchen was well equipped and I loved that they had left additional blankets. There were buses nearby and a supermarket across the road and a carrefour just a few minutes walk away. Of course the metro was very bear too (line 8) but I also used 5 and 1 as well as they weren't far away. Building is gorgeous and you could see the Eiffel Tower at night (small). Washing machine and shower were fine and working and the bath was fabulous. Highly recommend this apartment.
This was my third time renting with Parisaddress and I found the experience great and will continue to use their services.

We are the owners of this flat and have read your comments. Unfortunately we were not aware of many of these topics and thank you for airing them, they have all now been attended to. The shower works perfectly and has been moved for easier use, and there are extra cushions on the settee for more comfort. In case the explanations for washing machine/TV are not clearly explained when you arrive, we have made a set of written instructions. Yes, there was a leak, and yes the plumber was painfully difficult to get hold of, but now all is fixed. Continue to enjoy!

My husband and I have just spent the month of September in this apartment. We loved our little attic retreat. Yes. The showering is difficult for anyone over five foot but we adjusted and had sitting showers. The previous problems of leaks and washing machine not working have been fixed and although we sometimes felt as though we were on a boat, space being rather tight, the position of the apartment and it's proximity to everything was terrific. Two French people we met said Bastille/Republic are authentic Paris suburbs not too touristy!
The one criticism I have is that the sofa is not very comfortable. It's nice enough , just not a lounge around sofa. But hey. It's Paris. Get out and do things!

After years of happy rentals with Parisadress, this apt. disappointed. The washer still did not work (see 9 January 2013 comment) and it took three repair visits to fix it. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. And the shower works only for a person not over 2 meters height. Had to shower on my knees. A large stain from a roof leak was on the ceiling. Parisaddress staff was helpful but the owner would not maintain the apt. properly. 'Would rent from Parisaddress again but not this apt.

This is such a lovely apartment and so close to the supermarket, pharmacy and bakery! Although might be a good idea to fix the shower/bath facility as it does leak alot. Also we could not get the washing machine to work and had to pay to wash our clothes down at the local laundromat! We had a wonderful stay and would definately recommend.

We were very pleased with 94 Blde Beaumarchais. We chose the Marais because it is so central for seeing so much of Paris on foot or with the Metro. The apartment was immaculate, very well equiped and comfortable in every way. Our only problem was, try as we might, we could not get a picture on the TV. A child would have had no problem, I'm sure !! I will certainly recommend the aparment to friends and family. Shops, restaurants and the Metro were only a short walk away. Excellent. By the way, Anatole was a charming greeter.

Estuvimos con mi marido en el departamento Beaum 94 desde el 23/05/11 al 1/6/11.Es perfecto!!!
Muy lindo y luminoso.Comodisimo,todo funcionaba muy bien.
La vista desde las ventanas es hermosa,el edificio tranquilo y bien mantenido y la ubicacion es maravillosa.
Yoel,la persona que nos recibio,simpatica ,amable y eficiente.
Todo estuvo perfecto y lo recomendamos calurosamente.

We took this apartment for a long working stay in Paris, and were pleased with the location, and condition of the apartment - only not so perfect for someone very tall as bath/shower quite short. Working with ParisAddress = great, and would recommend them to anyone!

This was an awesome apartment in a perfect part of town. very clean and comfortable. it was way less than what we were paying for a closet hotel room. highly recommended.
