BEAUMARCH Apartment
We enjoyed our stay at Malher2. The apartment was spacious and very practical with good sized kitchen with combined eating area. The location in Marais is close to some of Paris's main attractions and the metro is at end of street.
Our check-in did not go according to plan as the taxi driver was not familiar with operations of electrical white goods. After notifying Paris Address of our concerns, Vesna promptly responded and explained operating procedure for each item.

We stayed at MALHER2 for a week over Christmas 2012. It is extremely spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
It is well positioned with everything you need close at hand including the metro stop St Paul on a line that that stops at most of the Paris attractions.
We loved the view down Rue des Rosiers watching the hustle and bustle of Paris from the quiet sanctity of the apartment. Rue des Rosiers also provides the best falafel in the world as well as two good patisseries.
There are good restaurants (try Gorilla Blanc and Chez Janou) within walking distance and if you want to cook, the kitchen is well equipped to do so.
The quality of the apartment is let down by a saggy double bed in the main bedroom. We swapped rooms with our daughter after the first night because the bed in the second bedroom is very good.
We would stay in MAHLER2 again.

We stayed at 12 rue Malher for ten days in April, and could not have been more satisfied with the apartment. It is airy, nicely furnished and graceful. The bedrooms are roomy and the attached bath (without toilet of course) in the master bedroom is great.
The kitchen is extremely attractive and convenient.
Paris Address was efficient and responsive and we had absolutely no problems, other than a water heater valve in the beginning that was replaced within an hour of our calling the office.
The building is beautiful and the apartment faces the street, and as it is on the first floor (one up), it has a nice rapport with the outside. Rue Mahler is active by day and quite quiet at night. Parking was possible in the street itself and longer term at the public parking (also beautifully efficient and pleasant, classical music piped everywhere) at Hotel de Ville, a five minute walk.
Wonderful food shops abound in the neighborhood, not to mention trendy clothing and book stores.
I would definitely try to rebook this apartment on a future visit to Paris.
I like using Paris Address, it is the second time I have rented an apartment through them, and they make everything easy and pleasant. They are extremely careful and efficient.

We rented the apartment on Rue Malher over the Christmas and New Years holidays. Our overall experience was great. The photos of the apartment and the descriptions were quite accurate except that the kitchen had been re-done since the photos were taken. It is extremely spacious and light filled (important during the dreary winter weather) and well-heated. The views from the salon onto Rue des Rosiers were charming. The apartment is well-located, only a block off Rue de Rivoli where there is a subway stop (St. Paul) that takes you directly to the Louvre and the Champs Elysees. It's also close to Place Bastille and the surrounding restaurant filled neighborhood. The immediate neighborhood of Rue Malher is high end with Soho-type trendy shops.
The salon is spacious with a great dining area. The re-done kitchen has everything one would need to prepare meals and an added bonus was that cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard and spices were available for our use. Minor negatives: the baths are old but accurately depicted in the photos, there is only one toilet, no closets or armoires in the bedrooms (one bedroom had a metal rack for hanging clothes) and the TV is ancient. Wifi worked great, however.
Finally, our interaction with Paris Address was professional. We experienced no problems after checking in and had no reason to call on them.
