BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed for 7 nights during a heatwave in July 2013 with children 16, 10 and 9. The apartment was great. The rep, Eric, was thoughtful and thorough. The optional taxi service to and from our arrival/departure was a good thing given that we couldn't always find cabs to accommodate 5.We agree with he other comments about restaurants, transport etc. We would add Chez Vosges as a fun addition. Paris Address were the third and best apartment rental we have enjoyed in Paris. One caveat: the a/c is pretty primitive and not up to 90+ degree weather. Fortunately the top floor provides some wonderful skylights and window that open providing a welcome draft.

My husband and I stayed at Moulin apartment for 6 nights in April with our two children (13 and 11 years). We loved the old world charm of the apartment and it had everything we needed. The position was perfect with great bistros, the tea room at the Grande Mosque and the wonderful fresh food shops of Rue Mouffetard and Rue Monge close by. We were able to walk to Jardin du Luxembourg and Jardin des Plantes. We loved Verse du Toujours on the corner of Rue du Fer a Moulin and Av des Gobelins as well as Au Refuge du Passe two doors down. Paris Address were so well organised and the person who met us was helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the apartment and Paris Address!

We stayed at this apartment for ten days in May. The apartment has wonderful light coming through the windows. We started each day with fresh pastries and coffee at the large round table flanked by the fireplace and shelves of books. We would plan our day of museums and what to explore in the city at that table listening to birds outside. The street is conveniently located, but very quiet. There is a small, pleasant park across the street with a ping pong table. We bought delicious produce, wine (at good prices), cheese, fish, meat and chocolate at rue Mouffetard. We walked to restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment and enjoyed well prepared meals and friendly, welcoming staff. Au Refuge du Passe is two doors down and Au Bon Coin is just around the corner. We enjoyed them both so much, we returned for a second night. We usually had lunch in museums, but on our last day we ate at Cave la Bourgogne across from the market and St. Medard with the bells ringing. Every restaurant we tried in the neighborhood was good. L'agrume was an incredible dining experience. The chef offers a five course tasting menu that we were able to watch him prepare from the bar. He is a phenomenal chef that is able to juggle difficult dishes to perfection to give his diners a sensory experience with flavors that were beautifully and creatively combined.
We are not shoppers, but we bought a few gifts and the shopkeepers were so helpful, I wanted to list them. Gilbert, Gilbert (jewelry and accessories) 78 rue Saint-Louis En L'ile (women's clothing) as well as nearby Porcelaine Blanche (kitchen and gifts) and Leonidas (fresh Belgian chocolates).
We believe this is the best neighborhood in Paris and this apartment is so welcoming. The owners have a wonderful collection of art, travel and fiction in their library, the kitchen is well equipped and the beautiful beams and antiques lend a historic layer to your time in Paris.
Paris Address provided excellent service. Arnaud was informative and very helpful. Alexander, the taxi driver, made our trip to the airport easy and took our suitcases up to the check in inside the airport.
Thank you to our hosts and Paris Address for an incredibly memorable trip.

We stayed at this apartment during April with our two children aged 10 and 14. It had plenty of room and was in a quiet location set back from the street. The neighborhood was very friendly and there was a park opposite. The Paris Address rep was wonderful and explained everything including a few local tips. A great Paris experience and I would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 6 nights in March 2012 with our three grandchildren (aged 9,12 and 14). The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to buses and the Metro. Gare D'Austerlitz is only a 10 minute walk away. Easy and good shopping in the area so meals were not a problem. A few nice restaurants also. Very quiet even though it is a busy area. The Paris Address reps were very helpful. Will use them again.

Great apartment in a great location. 5 adults stayed for 4 nights and it proved to be an excellent base with Metro stops just a few minutes/short walk away.
Rue Mouffetard is a short walk away too and is "tres bien" for food and drink. Good atmosphere on the street in the evenings too.
Apartment is set back off the road so peaceful for a good nights sleep.
This was the third time I've used Paris Address and the service provided is first class. Very helpful and flexible to adapt to your needs. I am already looking at booking another stay in a Paris apartment via Paris Address next year. Can't wait.
