BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed at the Triumphe apartment from 7-18 October 2012. The location is great, just in the center but very quite, and the apartment is nice, a little smaller than it seems from the pictures but and well equipped especially the kitchen. It was nice that the company agreed to let us check in the morning of the 7th and also we were approved late check out on the last day. We had two problems that we noticed from the first day, since the weather was colder than expected and the heating was only to start from the 15th. We asked for an electric heater and at our request the heater was brought the next day. We also had a problem with the shower that was inadequate and the cord was too short to reach the hanger, this was very inconvenient actually to shower in the bath, this problem was not corrected during our stay. On overall we enjoyed our stay in Paris; we will rent an apartment next time for sure, probably from the same company since (except for the shower) the service was OK,
Sincerely, Ady Greenfeld, Israel

I stayed in the Triomphe apartment during the months of August and September 2012. It is well located, compact , in a good, safe building.
The pictures are accurate and represent the apartment well. All the points indicated in the ' livre d'or' in the apartment reflected on minor , easily to be corrected, failures e.g. very few glasses , no tray for ice cubes, tea cups and teapot. I bought a few cushions. As I was staying for a longer period I bought those and left them in the kitchen for the next tenant. The major problem here and now due for immediate replacement is the shower. I have not been able to use it at any time during my stay in the normal way.
When I entered the apt I was told it would be fixed very soon. After a month the plumber appeared once never to return. The initial excuse was the awaiting of the owners approval for the repair, after that all kinds of excuses were offered. Looking back in the ' golden book' this problem had been stated by all previous tenants.
Another inconvience is the absence of nearby food shops. Except for a basic Monop and the very expensive Lenotre traiteur on the Avenue Victor Hugo, there are none in the vicinity. Prepare to walk 15/20 minutes for the nearest bakery shop and butcher.

An excellently positioned apartment in one of the best streets in Paris. Very close to metro and to all of the attractions of the Champs Elysee .
It currently (July 2012) needs some maintenance as a number of the items do not work or are not present.A note has been left with the agency and hopefully these will be modified. The cleaning between tenants also needs to be improved. Otherwise it is very good for a couple for short stay.
