BEAUMARCH Apartment
Could not have been happier with our stay in the quaint Latin Quarter, in this beautifully renovated , classic, French appartment. My roommate and I stayed here during our time studying abroad and it was the absolutely perfect fit! The people at Pais address were so very accommodating and helped us with any questions we had during our long stay rental. I'm booking with them again, and would recommend this site to anyone looking to stay in Paris.

I am also a Canadian who enjoyed the Val de Grâce apartment. I stayed for 5 months( January-June 2012.)
The apartment was clean, bright and home-like. The local merchants were very welcoming and friendly. I attended the Sorbonne which was only a short distance away. I walked everywhere from this location. I found the bedroom very quiet although there was a little party noise on the week-ends. Restaurants and shops abound in this neighbourhood and the Port Royal market is not to be missed. Paris Address was a pleasure to deal with and my stay went off without a hitch.

My husband and I live in Canada and do not speak any French. However our fabulous 2 week stay in the month of May in Paris was in part enhanced because we could relax and restore in this comfortable and very clean apartment that felt like home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised to enjoy the nice selection of CD's. During the process of choosing this apartment online, we found the website easy to navigate. It allowed us to select the apartment based on our needs such as location and amenities. So for example if you do not want to climb stairs make sure to select an apartment with an elevator. All procedures of arrival and departure were well followed through. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby public transportation of metro and the buses. Neighbourhood felt very safe. Sorbonne University is closeby and so there were lots of students around. These students love to party Friday nights and the noise can keep you awake, but was otherwise quite peaceful. Lots of convenience stores nearby. We enjoyed picking up a different wine bottle every time from these stores. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it meant climbing stairs which became a challenge on days when we spent lots of hours walking and sightseeing in Paris.
