BEAUMARCH Apartment
I stay in Bou410 appartment for one week and it was great. The location is very good, one can go walking anywhere. The appartment has all the escencials, was nice, clean, not noicy, secure. It was nice to have cafes just round the corner. Maybe, it will be convenient to change the shutter, so the appartment can have more fresh air and a manual for the TV. Certainly, I will book this appartment for my next visit.

Surprised by some of the above comments. We found pull-down bed pretty hard and could feel the box springs. Also mouldy smell in studio, probably from carpet. Cramped space when bed is down. On the positive: location great, well equiped.

Adoramos a estadia. A localização é sem dúvida o ponto alto. Localizado no térreo, junto à calçada e a apenas 5 passos do Rio Sena. MARAVILHOSO. Perto de padarias, mercados, restaurantes, estações de metrô, etc. Se queres ter uma estada feliz em Paris ALUGUE ESTE APARTAMENTO. Por favor.

Bonjour Parisaddress Team,
I am not into Facebook or Blogs so I cannot place a testimonial on them ( I have minimal technical skills!!) but I wanted to tell you that we were absolutely delighted with our apartment - BOUR410 - it is in a great location, it is well set up and had everything we needed in it and your company's organisation is excellent. The meeting with Eric to get the key and information was well set up, the contact numbers you had given us gave us a great sense of security and your organisation of our taxi to the airport was faultless. We have already recommended this apartment and your company to several friends in Australia since our return home.
Thank you - it was a great experience of Paris ( which we have visited about ten times) and we would certainly come back to you again.
Kind regards,
Melbourne, Australia

This is a wonderful little apartment, perfectly located in the heart of the city. It is on a quiet street, so even though it is on the first floor it is peaceful. The apartment is very compact but we found it plenty big enough for two. The Murphy bed was comfortable, the wifi and TV worked great. We will be back and will recommend this place to friends.

I loved feeling like a native Parisian in this apartment! It was very well appointed, clean, modern, and had everything I needed. I stayed there alone, but could see that it could be a bit cramped with two people. The ground floor location was great for me as you could drop things off or change quickly and be on your way. To be right on the Seine was amazing, and literally seconds away from great bakeries, restaurants, wine shops, etc. was perfect. It was very quiet at night and the bed was really comfortable. I also liked having lots of guide books in the room to help plan the day. The Paris Address staff person was very helpful and attentive as well. This is a MUCH better way to see Paris than paying for an expensive, tiny room. To have a small refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and hot plate made it very easy to have breakfast or happy hour in the room.

Just enjoyed 5 splendid summer days in Paris making full use of this great studio at 41 Quai de Bourbon. The highlights for me being the location and not feeling hemmed in. Being on the G/Fl posed no problem. Bed comfort ensured I slept well and all equipment functioned fine. Local stores nearby are well provisioned and provide great service. Reliability at handover was important considering I flew direct from Sydney to opposite side of the globe. Paris Address have a great team and I wouldnt hesitate to use or recommend them again.

Although the apartment is very small, it is well appointed and organised so that the cramped space is used to maximum advantage. It was clean and, apart from the television, the digital complexities of which defeated us, all the facilities worked fine.
More important, the Ile St Louis is an excellent location with a large number of bars and restaurants - and a couple of bakers' and alimentations- and with many of the attractions of central Paris within walking distance.
I can imagine that, on a longer stay or in hot weather, the apartment would prove less than ideal. However, we enjoyed our recent 5-day stay very much.

The Location of the apartment was great, close to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter . The hop on/off buses stopped nearby. In the apartment I found the bathroom was not clean enough with mould on the tiles. The toilet lid was broken and was taped up to hold it together, the bathroom also needs painting. It was great to have lots of clean towels and a spare set of sheets The bed was very comfortable and the on TV you had a big choice of channels (if you wanted to watch a programme ). The shutters could be replaced with bars for better security and more light . Overall a great spot to stay, just needs minor adjustments. Yvonne and Bob

Great location & the gentleman from Paris Address who checked us in was very friendly & professional. The apartment is compact but modern & clean with everything you need for a short stay. Yes it's on the ground floor so you get the noises & smells of the city in the day, but HELLO! U R staying in large city, it's to be expected. Nighttime was quiet & with the shutters closed the room is very dark & peaceful. We were able to make breakfast, simple lunches & keep drinks cold which saved on food expenses. Also appreciated the guide books left in the apartment which we used to take 3 walking tours, 1 around the island which has a lot of hidden history. We loved being so close to the heart of Paris & all the action felt like it was just outside our doorsteps, but not too close like the hotels near the Latin Quarter. When you consider that most Paris hotel rooms are no larger than a queen size bed this place gives you the bonus of a mini kitchen, some leg room & a great locaiton. Everything was in good working order & a lot of the housewares seemed to come from Ikea. We did not use the wifi since we brought our own mifi internet connection with us. The ONLY negative I would say is that they need better ventilation over the shower. They have a very small fan that didn't seem to do anything but make noise so the apartment felt musty by the end of the week.
Bottom Line: if you're in Paris for a week, like charming neighborhoods with cafes, green grocers, creperies & ice cream parlors & want to be able to walk to many Paris attrations, rent this place. It's small but does the job.

I just returned from my stay at 41 Quai Bourbon on that most lovely of islands right in the centre of Paris. It was great! Yes, the studio is small and at road level which disturbed me as I was a woman alone. However, I was only in there to sleep and just kept the shutters closed. No problem. The studio is clean. The flat screen TV works. The bed is firm and big enough for two with no problem so was great for me on my own. I didn't use the kitchen but it seems well appointed. The bathroom is clean and modern. The hair dryer works and the shower is of a good size with a nice rain head shower. Lot's of clean towels. The phone was handy for local calls and there are plenty of plugs so I used my computer for skype. I would certainly return as the location is absolutely wonderful and the price is reasonable. A very good choice for anyone considering it. Nothing like being right by the river and two minute walk from great cafe's overlooking the river. Good food and good service. Over the bridge you are just a moment away from the Notre Dame and the pickup for the double decker tour bus which is great fun and orients you to the city. Also, on the left bank side of the river you can pick up the Batobus and as with the real bus you can hop on and off at the stops. It is a wonderful ride. Have fun. I did.

The studio, though small, is 99.99% perfect. It is quiet (a luxury in Paris!!), well appointed and elegant, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Having a microwave made 'traiteur' meals an easy option when eating in. Paris address services and the reception at check-in are of the highest standard. We had our own small radio, but having one on site would be a plus, as would be a user's guide for the TV.
We will return to this wonderful location, the best in Paris. MERCI!!

The apartment itself is nice, although it is obviously minuscule. It is very well organized and can be a nice place for 1 to 2 persons (not for long time in my opinion). The bed is great. Be careful the modern sink is not fully tighten.
The key point is the location, probably one of the best you can find in Paris. However, it is at road level, so no view and some noise (during my visit a lot due to repairs inside and outside the building). A good choice for a limited time in my opinion.
