BEAUMARCH Apartment
The apartement is nice and cosy, right in the center of Paris. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff of parisaddress we dealt with are reliable, gentle and available for any problem (we had none...).

W e had a great week in Paris staying at the Therese apartment. Even though the weather was poor the apartment was bright and worked for us. Wifi was excellent and galley kitchen works a treat. Being a few paces from an excellent Boulangerie didn't hurt either. Great central location and easy to get to the Metro and Monoprix. The 101 step up means only the able bodied need consider and I would not want to have anymore than 2 people staying in the apartment as it is an the compact side. Overall an excellent stay.

My daughter and I stayed in THERESE in January 2014 and loved it. There are a lot of stairs, but nothing unmanagable if you're in decent shape.
The location is hard to beat. Fairly quiet street very near to lots of Parisian sights. The tourist office is just a couple of blocks away--perfect for maps and the all-important museum pass.
The room was small if you pulled out the sofa bed, but we had a wonderful time. Having the kitchen was a huge asset for us. With Monoprix just around the corner, we could experiment with French cooking, in Paris!
Lovely place. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a week staying in the Therese apartment for a wonderful vacation, here is our review:
Best characteristics:
-balcony! and it gets morning and afternoon sun. perfect for relaxing w a drink and/or cigar after a day walking around paris. many plants provide a sense of privacy
-location. very nicely located. grocery markets nearby. many restaraunts immediately surrounding. close to rue de opera, there is a Monoprix literally 3 blocks away for other necessities as well
-very easy commute from airport (main train to paris and a one short metro ride). 2 blocks from the Pyramides metro station
Good characteristics:
-excellent welcome from Joel the rental firm rep, Joel did a great job explaining all the nuances of the apartment etc. He was very welcoming and met us at the exact planned time!
-bed was very comfortable, and we slept well
-cozy room, has stereo. couch was nice. washer and dishwasher both worked fine, as per the earlier post about no directions, Joel went through all of this with us AND there were manuals in the apartment book left. Honestly, it was very self explanatory.
-very interesting and unique spiral staircase to apt makes you feel like you are really living in Paris
-quiet and comfortable at night with the windows closed, street noise was almost all blocked out
Least favorable characteristics:
-small toilet and shower. but they both worked fine once you got used to the size
-five (or is it 6) floor walk up is NOT for seniors or anyone who would have any difficulty with this, so avoid if you are older and can't make the climbing
- walk down the stairs was actually scarier than the walk up, since the stairs are a bit uneven, and the hand rail is on the inside of the staircase, took several days to get used to without getting a sense of vertigo!
-Other challenges mentioned earlier, there is no place to store clothing or suitcases but can work well if you use a chair or two from the dining room.
We utilized the washing machine and drying rack, and both worked fine. Would definitely recommend this apartment to a young couple or single who want to enjoy a nice part of Paris and who are up to the challenge of the flights of stairs. We would definitely rent from ParisAddress again in the future!!

I will begin with the positives:
Great location for everything we wanted to do. We loved the terrace and the bright feel of the apartment. It had all the kitchen equipment and utilities we could have wanted. Great security and basically quiet with the windows closed. A pure joy.
Now for what was not first quality:
1. Except for the wash machine there were no instructions on how to operate the stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, heater or the tv.
2. Absolutely no place to put clothes except in our suitcase on the floor. Hotels are better than this.
3. It was extremely noisy when the windows were open at night and there is no way to cool down the apartment. We were glad we didn't come in the summer monthes.
4. There was no way to open the window in the bedroom. You should eliminate the roll up bed and put the head of the bed 180 degrees from the window. You could then open the window. Can't imagine why you would want to put the bed up.
5. The following are things I feel should have been in your book for your guests:
a. There is a full food market less than two blocks from the apartment.
b. There is a great tourist bureau also less than two blocks from the apartment that can provide for almost any tour.
c. There is a metro station less than 2 blocks from the apartment that will take you anywhere you wish to go.
Considering the comments above we want to state that we completely enjoyed our stay at the apartment and consider the active, vibrant area location a highlight of our visit. It did indeed provide us with everything we needed and wanted.
Thank you Paris apartments.

I stayed in THERESE in late January 2011. In a word. FABULOUS!
This was the best decision I made, staying in an apartment made me feel Parisian for the week.
So many positives, location was ideal, vibrant neighborhood ideally situated in the central part of the city, modern amenities, well stocked kitchen, laundry and dishwasher in the unit, very convenient. The wrap around terrace was such a bonus, I would love to see it in summer time. The light in the apartment made it feel open and bright.
One thing to be aware of, it is on the 5th floor of a very well maintained and quiet building. If climbing stairs are an issue it may not be for you. I did struggle with my bag the first day, but after that I did not mind them. There is little storage space for clothing, you have to get creative and live out of your suitcase.
All the good things so far out weight the bad, I will rent this place again. It is a new home away from home when I visit Paris again. Parisaddress.com made the process easy and pleasant, the pictures online represented the place perfectly, there were no surprises when I arrived.
Thank you for a lovely place to rest and enjoy my time in Paris.
