We have already rented this apartment before. The location is excellent and except for the bathroom (extremelly small) the apt is very nice. The agency usually takes good care of its customers and solve the problems. I´ve recomended.

Our family of 3, including our 1yo stayed 6 nights at this apartment in September 2012. We were very happy with our choice as the location was superb, walking distance to all the major sights in Paris, plenty of eateries, fresh food markets, supermarkets and pharmacies (essential when traveling with a baby). The apartment was clean, of a good size (the bathroom was small but it is Europe!), there was plenty of cooking utensils (an essential for us as we cooked for baby and us) and spare towels and linens.
Two suggestions for improvement: introduce a "no smoking" policy (it took us 3 days to get rid of the smell left by the previous tenant); install air conditioner (it was hot for the first 4 nights and with only windows for cooling, it was way too hot). Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book with the company again!

We stayed for a week in this apartment. Everything was in good condition and explained clearly to us upon checkin. The location is great but the area is pretty lively into the night, so if you want fresh air at night you'll have to put up with alot of street noise. We had plans to use the washing machine, but it was really small. Metro/RER are right outside so getting around was easy.

We have rented this apartment again this year. Unfortunately the neighbors upstairs decided to remodel the bathroom and the reconstruction noise was unbearable. It went on during extremely late hours, Saturday and Sunday. I thought there were laws in France regarding construction hours. We told the agency about the problem and we had to move to another apartment at Rue Buci. The agency was very efficient although this second apartment was not a good one-, it was dirty and uncomfortable in spite of the 2 bathrooms. But maybe they were not expecting tenants on such short notice.

tres joli studio au quartier latin, bien meuble, bien equippe et vaste. Ideal pour un sejour .

Very nice apartment except for the bathroom that is extremelly small. The service provided by the agency is excellent. The owners should take better care of their property but the agency managed to solve all the problems. I´ve already recomended.
