BEAUMARCH Apartment
My wife and I stayed at ARAGO in June. The apartment is spacious and comfortable but some minor improvements are needed. These are: a new continental quilt, new cord on iron and chipped and damaged crockery and cutlery replaced. It would help clients if there were details and recommendations for local restaurants and shops. Luckily we found the L'HYDROPHOBE restaurant for a wonderful meal.

I stayed here on business for a week in October 2013 and it was lovely - very quiet, convenient to the Metro and shops (2 or three blocks in either direction). The service from ParisAddress was excellent (as always, in my experience).

This apartment was excellent for my husband and I and our toddler (14 months old) for our one week trip to Paris. It was easily accessed by metro and bus, a short walk to groceries and bakeries, and there was even a small park across the street for our daughter to run around. The neighborhood is quiet and not very touristy. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with pots and pans and dishes.
We would highly recommend this apartment if close proximity to the main sites in Paris is not a priority. We were still able to visit monuments and friends all over town with less than 30 minute travel times using public transportation (even dragging a stroller and diaper bag). We thought this apartment gave good value for the price. The Paris Address contact who set us up in the apartment was courteous, prompt, and made sure everything worked before he left. We would happily stay here again!

Me and my husband stayed a week in "Arago". We were in contact with Eric from we landed in the airport until we were installed in the apartment. It felt good and he even helped us with WiFi.
The flat was cosy, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet with good shopping facilities.
The 10 min walk to the Metro was okay.
Summing up : a fine flat to the price.
