Hermoso departamento para una persona o dos enamorados. Perfecta la ubicación, todo funciona, está cerca del metro, de montpárnasse, a metros de los jardines de luxemburg. La coordinación con la inmobiliaria perfecta ¡y el wi fi funciona muy bien! Comparativamente con los hoteles de la zona es más económico.

Es un Departamento muy agradable, pequeño pero con todo el confort necesario para una o 2 personas.
Muy bien ubicado, en una zona preciosa de Paris.
Destaco también la eficiencia y amabilidad de los locatarios para facilitar los trámites y posibilitar una muy buena estadía

I stayed at your Brea apartment in October 2012....and will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Paris! It is a fabulous studio, on a quiet little street only 1 1/2 blocks from the Luxembourg Gardens. It is immaculate and has lovely light, as well as a sofabed that is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a nice shower and newer tile. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator.
Joel, who met with me at the apartment, was very helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend this apartment, and ParisAddress is a great company to rent from. I have used others, but would only use ParisAddress from now on.

We had a fabulous stay in the apartment in September 2011. The apartment itself was small but well equipped and perfectly proportioned for us as a couple. The area is great, convenient for shops, restaurants and the marvellous Luxembourg Gardens. Metro and RER stations handy and a brilliant selection of children's clothes shops in the vicinity of the apartment (we've just had a new addition to the family) so we were able to make an early-ish start on our Christmas purchases for the grandchildren.
