BEAUMARCH Apartment
We a senior couple and stayed in 2013 and 2015. It's rare and great to find such a roomy apt with king size quality bed and comfy sofa in Paris. Bathroom is also modern with a nice shower and deep bathtub. Kitchen comes equipped with every possible device and high quality ones too. The only exception is very dull knives. We consider the location XLNT as only 10 min walk to the Ranelagh station of metro line 9 or 15 minutes to Charles Michel on Line 10. It's only 10 min walk to the stunning new BeauGrenelle mall and cinema. The only negative is the horrendous loud car noise on rue du Ranelagh just below the front terrace windows. And of course, NO Air Conditioning. But we'll return here.

This is truly a wonderful apt, the best we've ever rented in Paris. It's size and amenities made for very easy living for the month we were there. We particularly like the king-sized bed, W/D, weekly maid service and the balcony. Lots of closet space and the bathroom is quite roomy and updated. Great shower!
However, be prepared to do a lot of walking. It's a hilly area and the 2 closest Metro stations are a bit of a hike. Also, most of our destinations required at least one, and some two, Metro line changes.
If you're up to the walking, it's a great place.

I stayed in this apartment in September and it was the nicest apartment I have stayed at in Paris. It was convenient to my business meetings in the 16th, andconvenient to the Metro. The apartment is professionally decorated and was gorgeous and relaxing to come back to after a busy day. The street outside can be a bit loud if you leave the patio doors open, but the bedroom is in the back of the apartment on the garden side, so the noise is not bad for sleeping. I would recommend this apartment if you want to stay in the 16th.
