BEAUMARCH Apartment
Our family stayed in this beautiful apartment in July 2013. We loved it. The location is perfect . There were eight of us and we found the apartment roomy and comfortable with everything you need close by. It was very clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks in September 2012. We had a group of 7 adults and the apartment had plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was modern and incuded a washer/dryer combination. The dining room was very spacious and had a beautiful view and we used that space in the evening to talk about our day and have a glass of wine! The loft bedroom is very small and although it offered privacy for the couple, getting up and down the stairs to the loft did take attention and focus as the stairs are very narrow. The master bedroom was very large and the main bathroom was extremely roomy with a separate shower and tub. This was our second apartment with ParisAddress and we have been pleased and satisfied both times. BOUR 55 has spoiled us though for other apartments because the size, the beautiful view of the Seine, the proxity to boutique style shops and good restaurants and a walk across the bridge to the Metro made this the perfect location.

We stayed at this lovely apartment the end of May 2012 and beginning of June. Our group of seven fit comfortably. The apartment has the charm of the old building, but all modern conveniences are present, and the location is just wonderful. It is central to everything and just across a bridge to a metro station. It was extremely clean and the view from the front windows is so memorable that I will forever associate Paris with this view of the Seine through the lovely trees. We loved the neighborhood and will greatly miss our daily trips to the boulangerie and our twice-daily (!!) trips to get ice cream. We hope to get back soon. There are some steps to get to the elevator, so I would recommend that you not pack a suitcase that is too large or heavy for you to manage to get it up some steps of the spiral staircase that leads to the elevator.

The apartment is lovely and it was wonderful to look out the windows and see the Seine at all different times of day. There is a great sense of space in the living room and dining room. Location on Ile St. Louis also worked very well for us. We were a family of 7 adults and 1 child, and I agree that this apartment works best for a family because of the sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is huge, with wonderful river views, but there is also a single bed in this room. There is a private room with a bed for two. The bed is large, but the room cramped. The loft room is private, but our son did joke that it was made for hobbits. Because it is down a flight of stairs and outside a locked door, it would not be suitable for children. Unfortunately, children would fit better into the loft bed and shower. And there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Two couples could easily share this apartment, but one couple would definitely have a better room. The bathroom is shared.
But we were happy here.
ParisAddress was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in their replies and easy to deal with.
There was also construction going on when we were there over Christmas week. It did get loud and it did bring odors into the apartment. It was annoying on several occasions, but not enough to make us terribly unhappy. Hopefully it has come to an end by now.
I would not hesitate to recommend ParisAddress and this apartment.

We stayed in this lovely apartment in December 2011. The living spaces and master bedroom are truly lovely, comfortable and well equipped with beautiful views of the Seine. The other bedrooms are very small, particularly the loft bedroom. I think the set up is best for a family. Unfortunately, there was construction going on in the building while we were there in an adjacent apartment so it was noisy in the morning and the workers were smoking which drifted up to our apartment. Everyone at Paris Address was prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again and stay in this lovely apartment.

We stayed in this apartment in early November. We were a large group (8 of us!) and this apartment was perfect for us. The pricing was comparable to staying in a hotel with the convenience of staying in a home.
The apartment was very well equipped, very very clean and in a great location. The #7 metro line is right across the bridge at Pont Marie. Ile Saint-Louis is a great place to stay, is centrally located, and has a lot of shops that are open on Sunday!
Everyone at Paris Address was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with replies.
We'll definitely be using this service again in the future!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for 4 days in November 2011. The location is perfect! The #7 Metro line, stop Pont Marie is right across the bridge, and a patisserie is right around the corner. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, and spotless! The management services were prompt and professional. Hope to stay here again in 2 years!
