BEAUMARCH Apartment
I chose this apartment for location and was not disappointed. Right across from the Tuieleries and across the Rue de Rivoli from the Louvre, it is perfect. You can walk from the Tuileries through the park up the Champs Elysees. Just across the park is the Seine and the left bank, latin quarter, St Germain, etc.. You can also walk to the Marais from here
We stayed 5 nights here in March 2014. There are three of us: my two teen daughters and myself. We fit perfectly on the couch sleeper and then the bedroom at the back. Each are has a full bath. It is a well decorated place on the second floor in a quiet building.
The kitchen and dining room combo is a large room between the bedroom and the living room. We never cooked but it had nice, clean new appliances.
The bedroom and bathroom were nicely appointed as well.
Each room has windows that open onto Rue Saint Roch. It's a little street but well travelled given the location. Great restaurants one block away and the opera house just 3 blocks up on Rue De l'opera.
Ditto terrifc taxi arrange through PA and ditto the difficulty in speaking to the person who met us but she was nice and we figured it out.

We had a very enjoyable week in this apartment.
There were many good things and a few not so good that I would like to comment on.
Plus: Paris Address is very easy and efficient to work with when booking online. All communications were answered promptly.
The apartment is spacious, bright and well furnished. The bed is firm but comfortable for a double bed and the room has two large windows. Having a second bathroom is a big plus here.
Large kitchen and eating area.
The location and proximity to everything is marvelous. Great boulangerie just a couple of blocks away plus small grocery store, wine store etc. Also just a block to Tuileries gardens.
The taxi drivers who picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport were arranged by PA and they were prompt and pleasant.
The negatives are as mentioned by another poster - the person who checked us in spoke relatively no English.
The kitchen had no coffee maker and only one large knife which had the handle taped on. The coffee maker is an essential which should be provided.
During the day with the windows open the traffic noises are very loud.
We didn't have a laptop or access to one and therefore missed the welcoming email from PA with a contact name and phone number should we need one. It would be great to have a laptop in the apartment as friends of ours had in their apartment which they rented from another company.
This was our second experience renting from PA and we would have no hesitation to rent with them in the future.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time in this spacious and updated apartment which is just a block from the Louvre. The building was quiet, even though it was close to Rue Rivoli. The Metro station was just 1/2 block down and very convenient.
The only downside was that the person who met us to review the apartment didn't speak any english. Fortunately, my boyfriend spoke some spanish and so was able to communicate with her. Otherwise, it was fabulous!
