Our one week stay in your Demours apartment one month ago, was excellent. Excellent location with plenty restaurants, shops, street markets and transport close by. Easy walking distance to the Arc du Triumph and from there, Paris is at your disposition!
The apartment was very comfortable for 2 couples, nicely furnished and with all the basic facilities. Very quite on a modern, clean building.
We will return at our first opportunity without hesitation.

We have just stayed at this apartment 2 weeks ago, attending a Conference at Palais Congress, so the position was wonderful, being a 10 min walk along the main Street which was colourful nice shops and cafes. The apartment was very comfortable for 3 Ladies, with all facilities required. We enjoyed having space, which many Paris apts don.t have...plenty of storage, large bathrooms, and full equipped kitchen with basic food items, which we added to. The access was easy, although only 2 keys and 3 of us..the balcony over the courtyard was pretty, but 2 cold to sit out, and the outside heater wasn;t working...which would have been pleasant..The price for what we had was very good. The only thing. was terrible ironing board...which Ladies need...and there was no soap in bathrooms, which we felt along with more toilet paper should be provided.
