We recently rented the flat at 35 rue Rémy Dumoncel through parisaddress and found both the apartment and the services of the agency to be top-notch. There was one small thing to fix in the flat (a leaky toilet) and the agency responded immediately by sending a plumber. I am very impressed with parisaddress and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have used parisaddress five or six times for stays of about a week; all stays have been good and the apartments have been nice, but this was the best.
Perfect communications: two metro stations at 2 mins away and RER at Denfert-Rocherau.
Quiet, comfortable, spacious, with a nice covered market a minute away at the Alesia metro station, and a super market 75 metres away.
The kitchen has a real oven and not just a micro wave. The only thing missing was an ironing board ..
