BEAUMARCH Apartment
We just completed a stay at 30 Rue LeCourbe. You could not ask for a better location. The neighborhood offers fresh fruits, ample grocery items and is welcoming. The flat is as advertised, well equipped. We had to leave a day early due to the taxi strike in Paris so made a hasty exit since we needed to use the metro with all of our luggage to get to the airport. The only negative was several nights there were parties that went on until the early hours of the morning.

My husband and I stayed for two months (February and March)in 2014 and were extremely pleased with 30 rue Lecourbe. The location of the apartment is excellent with food stores,a bakery, a butcher shop,a bio fruit and vegetable shop, drugstores, cleaners, a shoemaker, newspaper shops and restaurants and cafes at your doorstep, as well as several metro lines. All appliances worked and they all came with instruction manuals. The apartment was warm in the winter months and it was quiet. For us the big advantage was having the owners on the fourth floor and they were charming and extremely helpful.

With our 2 children we spent 5 nights at Lecourbe. We enjoyed the appartment very much. It's not large but perfect as a place to relax after a day in the city. We would certainly come back!

I stayed in this apartment in June-July 2013 with my research assistant. I had the main bedroom, and she slept on the hideaway bed in the living room/dining room. It was cozy but comfortable for two unrelated adults. Everything in the apartment worked well, and it was clean and nicely furnished. Internet was spotty at times, but generally more on than off. The apartment was fairly quiet, with no street noise to speak of, except for two things: a party hosted by some young adults in the building that went on until at least 2:30 am one evening; and sustained noise from power tools used in the courtyard beginning at 7:30 or 8am on weekdays (I imagine this kind of work is generally scheduled during July and August to minimize disruption to permanent tenants). The neighborhood is FANTASTIC. Groceries, bread, fish, butcher shop, wine, etc. etc., and no throngs of tourists. I would stay here again.

I stayed in this apartment in May of 2013... with my husband and our six year old granddaughter. We had a lovely visit in Paris, and are already thinking of our next trip! The apartment was lovely -- not large, but with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect - so close to a metro stop -- but in a quiet and calm neighborhood with everything within easy walking distance. Renting an apartment from ParisAddress is the best way to visit Paris, and I recommend both the company and this cozy apartment highly.

In May - June 2012, I spent 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as shown on the web site photos. It was in very good condition with noticeable attention to detail. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds - including the giggle bed were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The location is great and quiet - I often walked to some museums and sights, but the metro is only 1 1/2 blocks away. There are plenty of grocery and bread shops right there, as well as a very good restaurant / bar. As a single woman, I felt very safe in the building, as well as in the area, even late evening. From the initial inquiry, Paris Address gave excellent, prompt and professional service and I will happily return to this apartment. If you want to experience Parisian life, away from the throngs of tourists, this location and apartment are perfect!
