BEAUMARCH Apartment
The apartment was
Warm as we were there early January.
Good outlook being on the 5 th floor ,good light and if the weather had been warmer we would have used the outdoor area.
Good for our small family, myself, my hasband and just one teenager, to relax after a day of touring Paris.
Well equiped in the compact kitchen, as we visited the markets and dined in.
Appreciated the map and the introduction to the apartment.
Markets close by for fresh fruit , vegetables , meat and fish.
Close to metro to get in and out of Paris
The arondissements had everything there or close by.
As a runner it was a good distant to get to the luxemberg gardens , then back around to the apartment.
Comments regarding the dishwasher, when we closed it either before it was full or after we had emptied it , it would commence another cycle.

We stayed at rue Alphand for a week. The flat is very comfortable, nice and spacious. Very good location - close to metro stations, very pleasant neighbourhood, many shops and supermarkets around. The kitchen very well equipped. The only problem we had were the beds. We were looking for a flat with 4 separate beds. We are 4 elderly ladies - not related so everyone of us wanted to sleep in their own separate bed. Despite the description the double bed in one of the bedrooms was impossible to separate into two - with easy access to each bed at least from one side. One of us sleeping on the double bed had to crawl over another person sleeping (especially if one had to get up at night). So it was the only inconvenience. Otherwise it is an ideal flat for a couple + children.
The office reacted immediately to our requests - not all lamps had bulbs. They were delivered the next day.
I have to report that the taxi company we booked through the Paris address did not appear at the airport although we had a written confirmation of booking. The taxi company informed me on the phone that they did not have my order! Paris address could not solve the problem. We had to take a regular taxi. On the day of the departure the booked taxi was on time waiting outside.

We lived in the apartment on the rue Alphand for a week with our two teenage sons -- and everyone loved our stay there. The apartment has a 'normal' feel to it -- with the exception of the large balcony and its exceptional views across Paris. We used this as an additional room, sipping wine in the evenings... The neighbourhood, too, is wonderful: not the Paris of Haussmann but the Paris of villages that pre-dates the second half of the 19th century, full of young people enjoying life in a non-drink infested manner. While not in the center of Paris, the nearby Place d'Italie offers perfect and fast subway connections to just about about anywhere in Paris. I recommend this apartment to anyone -- although I shouldn't, given that I'll be very likely to return ;-)

I stayed in this flat for six weeks and it was heaven. A lovely flat in a wonderful neighbourhood. It was comfortable, very clean, delightfully decorated with a great balcony for breakfast outdoors. The views included the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and a distant Sacre Coeur; lovely in the day but stunning at night. A superb local market and some wonderful shops made this a visit to remember. It felt like home, so different from the usual anonymous rentals.

We stayed at ALPHAND apartment for a week. Myself, my husband and 3 children were very comfortable. The view from the aprtment was amazing, with distant views of the Eiffel Tower. The neighbouhood is authentically french with great neighbourhood restaurants and bars. We loved every minute of it.
