Two of us stayed at the 'Marais' apartment for ten days in February 2014 and had a terrific time. I would recommend this apartment.

The location is excellent: plenty of local amenities (cafes, restaurants, bars, bakery,supermarkets etc)plus you can easily walk to many of the places you are likely to want to visit. The Metro is about ten minutes walk away.

The apartment itself (which is exactly like the website photos)is spacious,comfortable and well fitted out. The bathrooms and kitchen are very modern.

Dealing with parisaddress was very easy and they were very professional. They were particularly good at ongoing communication after the booking was made.
We also used their taxi service on arrival and departure and this worked well.

I would definitely look to use parisaddress again.

Stayed at the Marais apartment early July 2013. The apartment was very beautiful, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Compared to other Paris apartments, this one is quite large and spacious. We never felt cramped or wanting for more space. Most important to us, was the fact that the apartment was very clean. Not perfect, but almost completely spotless. No smells or odors either. There is no AC in the apartment, and early July was pretty warm. That said, Parisaddress supplied us with two fans that kept us cool at night. There are many windows to open, and cross-breezes are frequent. This is a fifth floor apartment, and the elevator was nice to have when we needed it. The kitchen is nicely appointed with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher that all worked great. The fridge was clean as was the stove and oven. The sink counter is wooden, and the frequent water is starting to take its toll on the wood. We'd suggest replacing the wood with marble or putting a heavy waterproof varnish on the wood. Still, it wasn't a big deal. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Keep in mind, there's only one toilet, but there are four sinks. There's a bathtub which is nicely placed as well. The stand up shower was clean, hot, and worked perfectly. Regarding location, if you want an active, convenient, lively part of town, the Marais apartment is really happening. There were no noise issues with the exception of construction happening across the street and courtyard, but that was temporary. Close to the apartment were grocery stores, parks, playgrounds, lots of dining, bars, and shopping. Best of all, we were very professionally greeted by Carlos who works for Parisaddress. He was prompt, courteous, and showed us the whole apartment in and out - very thorough. Carlos was very nice, very helpful, and answered calls and emails immediately. He made a wonderful first impression. Additionally, working on the booking with Paris address was easy and efficient. It's always scary to book online without talking to anyone, but I can say that Parisaddress was very good to work with and very reputable. All in all, this is a clean, spacious, beautiful apartment located in a great part of Paris. We would easy return back to this same apartment. Tell Carlos we said bonjour and merci beaucoup!

We stayed for two months. It was an excellent apartment and a good size for a long stay. The beds were excellent and the furniture was as shown and excellent. You are right in the middle of the action during the day and night which is exciting. You van walk anywhere in Paris from the apartment and we did. It could be noisy on warm days when you need the windows open. We would go back again as the facilities were excellent . The staff at ParisAddress were excellent and hellpful. We wanted a few more kitchen utensils and they were helpful.

Stayed in this lovely apartment for 10 days in Oct 2012, the location couldn't be any better. Very clean and after a long day, very greatful for it having a lift. Communication with the staff was very helpful and they were very prompt when meeting us for appointments.
