Everything was perfect. From the Sunday at one p.m. meeting at the building entrance, until our departure date by just leaving the apartment keys inside it. We had to call only once since the cable TV was not working and this was inmediately solved. Stairs were not a problem for us. The apartment is just as nice and neat as the pictures shown in the web page. No surprises! Neighborhood is very parisian and near just everything you need. At rue de Sevres: the cheese store "Quattrehomme", the Picard store for frozen gourmet food and the Carrefour supermarket. La Grand Epicerie is a must (rue de Sevres corner rue du Bac). All the nearby bistros are good!!! Don´t hesitate to rent with paris address. Good experience.

the bed comes out of the closet and there is only room for one of two people. the company is trustworthy and I think I'm going to rent a larger place next time so that I could invite a friend to join me for part of my stay.
have to emphasize that it is an extremely good location and quite. you're in between Boulevard Montparnasse and Boulevard St. germain

Me tomo la libertad de dirigirme a ti en español, visto que a pesar de decirme al teléfono que tu español era muy modesto, no lo es tan así y es ciertamente mejor que mi francés o Inglés...

Con un poco de demora, e gustaría agradecerte, a ti en especial y a Parisaddress como un todo, por hacer parte del suceso de nuestro viaje. Agradezco la gentileza de haber propiciado la oportunidad de salir algunas horas más tarde, lo que nos permitió aprovechar un poco más la bonita ciudad que es París.

Además de elogiar el apartamento, en si, queriamos también dar un lugar de destaque a la simpatía, eficiencia y buena disposición de Enzo, el chofer del vehículo que nos transportó al aeropuerto. Enzo habla muy bien el portugués! Tienen que contratarlo como intérprete!!!

Bueno, el site Parisaddress.com ya fue visitado por varios amigos a los cuales les recomendamos hospedarse con ustedes (y lo será también por los amigos que vayan a París de aquí en delante). Como dije antes, seguramente en nuestro próximo viaje, que no creo se demore tanto como lo pensabamos antes de conocer París, estaremos juntos nuevamente.

Great location, clean studio. Blinds in bathroom are too short though and ones in bedroom so thin any light shines straight through. They need to be replaced in order to make studio more livable.
Suggest an electric coffee machine and new pans and glasses. Present ones extremely old and unusable

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Location was perfect (situated in a neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants, shopping) and just 5 minutes from the Metro. It was the perfect size for 2 people and had all the amenities you would need (satellite TV, wifi, full kitchen, washing machine, etc). It is a 3rd floor walk-up so you will get some exercise! The agent who met us was very helpful and met us right on time and showed us how everything worked. The price was also much, much better than a hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is well situated in the lively 6th but quiet being on the courtyard.
It is well equipped with small and large appliances and everything works well.
It is small at first glance but the practicalities and high ceilings make up for that.
We spent a lovely week in June and I would recommend it to others
