we stayed for a bit over a week in the Nest--appropriate name! it's cozy, well outfitted, and o, the location is PERFECT. ParisAddress people are very helpful. we feel as if we have found the perfect pied-a-terre in paris to return to!

I stayed in 'NEST" apartment for a glorious month Sept/Oct 2013. As I was on my own, there was no problem with the low ceilings or the small size of the apartment.I def wouldn't recommend for 2 people as I think you would be falling over each other. A definite bonus was the washer/dryer (esp for a long stay)The apartment itself was lovely & my greeter, Arnaud, was wonderful. Thoughout my stay, he was very helpful, esp when near the beginning I managed to forget the entry code...lol The apartment was great, tho I had quite noisy neighbours & there is no noise insulation, so had quite a lot of disturbed sleep. I think you just have to accept that as part of Paris apartment living tho. The location was fantastic, I walked almost everywhere & there are metro & bus stops 5 mins walk away, so easy access to the whole of Paris. It is a beautiful neighbourhood, with the Seine across the street & Notre Dame Cathedral a short walk away. There always seemed to be some entertainment happening on one of the bridges & I never felt unsafe the whole time I was there. I would definitely use Paris Address Agency again, I was very impressed with the efficiency from the initial enquiries all the way thru to checking out. :)

I just spent a fabulous 10 days in Paris, and this was the perfect spot to come "home" to each evening. I was traveling alone, so the size of the studio (and low ceilings) was not a problem. Everything was as depicted in the picture online at Paris Address, which handled all aspects of the rental and check-in efficiently.
This apartment gets a lot of afternoon sunlight, so I recommend keeping the shades drawn in the summer to keep the apartment from getting too hot during the day. Also, I would recommend requesting that a personal or box fan be provided for the apartment during warm weather. That would have made my stay there just about perfect.
The Au Franc Pinot bistro on the corner of Quay de Bourbon and Pont Marie just opened the day after I arrived. Very friendly staff, great selection of wines and spirits, and currently serving fromage and charcuterie. Their chef will start in August for full menu service. Kees (pronounded "Case" in English) is very friendly and hospitable; and he speaks English well. This apartment is steps away from Metro, Notre Dame, Marais, and all the "life" that happens on the Seine. Enjoy!

I have been in this studio for one week recently. It is small but enough for two. As I and my wife are not tall (less than 1,75m) there was no problem. The bathroom is too short. Its location is the high point: excellent! Near good restaurants, "boulangeries", shops, metro and in a quiet place. The people from Parisaddress were very attentive.
