BEAUMARCH Apartment
A spacious apartment in an excellent location in the 9th Arrondissement near Gare St. Lazare. Easy walk to Opera and major department stores. Lots of small grocery stores, cafés and restaurants right near-by and Metro and bus stops conveniently just around the corner. On the 4th floor (with big elevator) so not bothered by traffic or noise. Nice balcony on interior courtyard with lovely view of Sainte-Trinité church tower and, if you peek out the right window, you have a view of the dome of Sacré-Cœur.
We had telephoned beforehand to arrange check-in with the Parisaddress agent, so he was waiting for us when we arrived. (We were about 10 minutes late because our cab got stuck in traffic.) He immediately brought us into the building and showed us what we needed to know about security, trash collection, etc. Upstairs in the apartment, check-in was quick and simple; the agent showed us how everything worked and gave us phone numbers to call both during and after hours if we had any problems or questions. This was good, since shortly after check-in the flushing mechanism in one of the toilets broke; we called and they immediately sent someone to repair it.
The apartment was very clean and is well equipped with most of the appliances and bathrooms almost new (plenty of hot water). Towels and bed linens clean and fresh - and everyone agreed, the beds were very comfortable. We only used the kitchen to make coffee and tea but it has everything needed if you want to prepare meals. WiFi and TV worked well but don’t expect many English language stations.
The only drawback to mention might be that there are only two keys available for the apartment so, if you have a large group, everyone has to coordinate comings and goings to make sure to be able to get back in.
I would gladly stay in this apartment again when I return to Paris.

We had a great time staying at rue d'Athenes the apartment was clean with lots of natural light not too noisy and the pantry had plenty of the essential you need. I will definitely recommend this address and stay there again

The apartment was very good. We had an electrical problem when we plugged our converter into the outlet. Instructions for how to use the washer and oven would be helpful. Also there was no specific details of where to put the trash. Sarah was very kind.
