I stayed here over Christmas. It's a sunny apartment, cozy and well laid out. The street is quiet but amenities and sites are close by.

The iron and board were a nice touch, especially as I had a couple of holiday events to attend. There were umbrellas too. DIdn't have a chance to try the washer/dryer. Great selection of books if you didn't bring one.

Staff were gracious and responsive.

The bed was comfortable but the upholstery was noticeably damaged and difficult to open and close so I didn't get to enjoy the sofa.

I would book again if the sofa situation is rectified when I return in a few months.

This studio/apartment was absolutely perfect - bright and cheerful - and provided everything we needed. Location could not be better. The welcome service was very efficient. However towards the end of our stay we discovered and reported that the washing machine did not work but it was not repaired. Also we were not given a key to the waste disposal room on the ground floor.
Apart from these small inconveniences, we were very happy and shall definitely hope to make this apartment our pied-a-terre whenever we visit Paris.

A very comfortable recently renovated apartment, great view and located close to market, supermarket and metro. We really enjoyed our stay and Parisaddress staff orientation and support was great..
