BEAUMARCH Apartment
As always, we had a perfect stay in Paris in a great appartment. So many space! Being dutch (tall)I loved the shower. And like always, the appart is exactly as the pictures at the website are telling you and everything you need for a stay is there.
Only one thing is weird, when you want to move the sunshade, it's not possible to move them both. It's only one up and one down..... we had one day with wind, and it was not funny that we couldn't take both sunshades up.

My wife, I and our 18 years old daughter stayed for five nights at the Louvre apartment in the middle of July. The location is unbeatable, one block from the Louvre and Tuilrie park. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. It's on the sixth floor with narrow staircase. We were met by Christian at the entrance who was waiting for us on the street. The living room faces the street and it gets noisy particularly when the windows are open. It was plus thirty and naturally we kept the windows open throughout the night as there is no AC. The bedroom has a window facing the small court yard, I mean really small. All the neighbors leave the windows open at night and when they talk inside their apartments it feels like they are in your bedroom. The bedroom and living room are separated by a fairly long hallway which provides a lot of privacy. The next door is a small bakery where we bought fresh bread every morning. All the furnishings are very new. However on the third night we could not unfold the hide-a-bed as it was broken. It happened on Friday night and there was no one available in the office to fix the problem. We left on Monday morning and until then our daughter had to sleep on the mattress that we had to put on the floor. The most disturbing thing was that Antoine insinuated that we were responsible for the damage which was absurd because the metal parts made of thick steel were clearly bent before our arrival. All in all we liked the apartment because of the location and lots of stuff stocked in it.

My husband and I stayed in Paris LOUVRE apartment for 6 nights around the middle of April. It was our first visit to Paris, and I'm sure the best visit we will ever have! The apartment is just lovely, very comfortable and immaculately clean. It is about 5 mins walk to the Lourve, and is surrounded by lovely shops and cafes. There are metro stations very close also. If we ever come back to Paris (and I hope we do) this apartment will be at the top of our list.

It was my first experience with renting an apartment instead of a hotel. We were lucky to find this beautiful flat in the right place. The location is perfect - Louvre, Pont Neuf, Opera - all is very close. Practical moment is that there are many shops in the street St.Honore, metro is 2 min by foot, there is also a taxi parking near the place. As for an apartment itself, I have to say that it is very clean, new, one room facing St.Honore and the bedroom facing the quiet courtyard. It is completly equipped with all that you can need in usual life (vessel, towels etc). We were in Paris with my husband and our boy of 8 y.o. and enjoyed every minutes in this apartment. We are very gratful to all PARISADRESS team to help us with our holidays organisation. We will be happy to return.

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four in late November/early December. We all loved this apartment. It is beautiful to be in. Everything is clean and new. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to many sights and areas easily, down beautiful Parisian streets.
We hope to stay here again.
