we stayed at Arsenal mid January. We found the apartment clean comfortable and spacious. We found suitable restaurants nearby and a large supermarket a few blocks away. with the Metro across the road and the buses at the Bastille we found travel across Paris easy. We would stay there again .

WE stayed in Arsenal over New Year.- travelling with teenagers! So convenient to the metro stations of Gare dÁusteritz and Gare de Lyon. Walking distance to the Notre Dame and right at the Bastille. Shops were very close by. We went to the Markets at the Bastille on Thursday.
The apartment is very comfortable - great lounge room with a view of the Eifel tower. 2 good sized bedrooms with lots of storage space.
We were so amazed by the amount of crockery.
Don't be put off by the small kitchen as it is very functional. We ate in most nights. The only problem we had was the neighbours had a great party on New years eve! - until about 4am. Every other night it was quiet. I would recommend it to other families.

My family stayed in this wonderful apartment in May, 2013. The apartment is clean and spacious with wonderful views of the city. We felt like locals immediately as this is not a tourist district. The apartment is only a few blocks away from shopping. A metro station is just across the street from the apartment's entrance. I would recommend the Bastille and ParisAddress to anyone!
