Bonjour Fabien/ Antoine,

Je voulais vous appeler avant notre depart pour vous remercier pour le sejour parisien, mais nous n avons pas eu le temps avec les jours feries et les preparatifs du depart avec les enfants. Nous avons passe un excellent moment dans l appartement de la terrasse en depit des problemes rencontres. L appartement était tres agreable et votre service/ reactivite impeccable.

L appartement meriterait d etre raffraichi un peu (sbd/ cuisine), mais il est spacieux, clair et plein de rangements. La localisation de l appartement était extra et nous avons bien profite du parc monceau, marche de levis et quartier en general. Nous serions ravis de revenir si le proprietaire a le moyen de retirer les plumes, nous avons tous eu des allergies et avons fini sous anti histamines.

Merci pour votre service et reactivite lors des problemes rencontres. Nous avons laisse une recommandation positive sur airbnb.

2 of us stayed in this apartment for the second time.Fixtures are a problem.It is a tired apartment.I am nearly 80 yrs old;`
After an 8 hour flight i expected the help to be waiting for us to let us in. We had to wait nearly an hour before the lady showed up with a lame excuse.
Apt. suits us very well and we will go back there again even if it is expensive.It has a lovely view and is very private. Its just that you will have to walk on your toes if you want the lady below not come up to remind you .

My family of five (my Japanese wife, and her relatives) stayed a week at the Terrasse in early October. I agree with other reviewers that the apartment is in a great neighborhood with convenient shops and good restaurants, plus easy access to the Metro. The apartment itself appears rather used and tired with spots on the carpeting, numerous light bulbs out (particularly in the bathroom), and the two doors from the living room/dining area warped so they could not be fully closed (a potential heating problem in the winter months). The carpeting in the terrace bedroom is so thin, the apartment dwellers in the room below complained constantly about the noise, even though we were very careful wherever we walked (gliding our feet, rather than walking. Also, we are a Japanese family and do not wear shoes in the house). On balance, we enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs.

Four of us stayed in Terrasse in April 2014. With two ample sized bedrooms there was plenty of room. Highpoints included the balcony for sunning and the lift which was convenient. Just across the street was every kind of shop one could desire - a great neighborhood. Especially liked the local treasure of Parc Monceau!

My party of three stayed in this apartment for six day in Dec 2013. We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised and better than well furnished, with wonderful mattresses and ample bed and bath linen. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and at the intersection of two metro lines. We commuted to and from all the major Paris tourist sites within 15-20 min. The rental agency was very professional and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends, and I would enjoy staying here again.
