Location, location, location! This is what 's necessary for the sucess of this delicious apartment at the Buci i've just rented for the month of february! but more than that, it's cosy, absolutly silence and peacefull, very well decorated and have all we, Paris lovers, need to be happy and feel like a real french. Near of the best of everything, easy acess to public transportation, markets, boutiques and magazins, and of course all the gastronomic best choises of Paris! The staff very kind and helpfull at the first adaptation day! i strongly recomend!

My husband, along with our two children just returned from this apartment and are ready to come back next year!! A very positive experience we had. The location is wonderful: cafes, markets, restaurants, shopping are just steps away from your door. A 5 minute walk to the Seine with a Batobus water taxi stop very near plus its just a short 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro.

The apartment itself was clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and a modern, yet small kitchen. (but who needs to cook when you have great food everywhere!!). The sleeping arrangement worked out fine too with our kids sleeping on the sofabed (ages 12, 16) and us in the bedroom. No connections problems with the WiFi, it worked perfectly the entire time. I really can't think of a negative thing to say. Thank you ParisAddress! :)

I stayed in BUCI for 4 weeks and was very impressed with the apartment and the seamless booking process.
The overall feel of the place is great and being right on Rue de Buci means that you are right in the action - lots of places to eat, street buskers, etc.
I would be more than happy to use both the apartment and ParisAddress in the future.

Plus side:
* Very close to 2 metro stops - so easy to get from CDG and then around Paris
* Supermarket, bakery, traiteur, greengrocer, florist all just metres away; St Germain market close by
* Good appliances, and adequate kitchen space - I was able to prepare decent meals for myself and guests and not feel as though we were compromising
* 2 shower rooms (the second is rather small - but full marks for being able to fit it in!)
* Comfortable sofa bed
* Good storage space/wardrobes
* Quiet - being on the courtyard side certainly helps

Negative side:
* I agree that it could benefit from better lighting - 2nd floor/courtyard aspect limits the available natural light
* The Cable TV wasn't working for the entire stay but I coped with French Free-to-Air channels (!)
* It lacks a comprehensive 'handbook' for apartment and neighbourhood 'tips' (all other apartments I've stayed in have had one and it can be invaluable)

Love love love this apartment!
With my husband working I have had two months to explore Paris and this beautiful apartment. I was blown away at how clean, modern and well set out everything was in the apartment. The kitchen fully operational and very well equipped, it was so easy.
My favorite, in the late afternoon sun sitting in the apartment with a glass of wine and a cheese plate from the markets below, a true parisian experience. Such heaven.
I would go back any day and stay. Merci beaucoup!

It’s a confortable and peaceful small flat. However, a bit too dark. The kitchen is rather basic but good enough if you don’t really cook.
Perfect for a short stay in the heart of the touristic Saint-Germain

Fantastic location. Apartment well-appointed with plenty of linens. Right at the heart of the action yet surprisingly quiet. My 4th Paris apartment rental (1st time with this company)and so far my favorite.

We especially loved how comfortable the apartment was and enjoyed coming back to relax after a day of adventuring in Paris streets.
