We stayed at the apartment on Ave President Kennedy in mid October. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and was very comfortable for the three of us. It is very 'American' in comfort level - two full bathrooms, washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as plenty of space to relax. The view of the Eiffel Tower were amazing as was that of the Seine. The only negative that we would report is that it is a noisy street so if you have a difficult time with noise, the front bedroom is not for you.
The welcoming staff was terrific - they met us upon arrival and also before departure and were available if we needed anything.
