Definiitely a 5 star experience.
My wife and I stayed at the 10 Thouin apt for 2 weeks in May 2015. The apt is well located in the Latin Quarter with many good, medium priced restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Also close to a couple of small supermarkets and many bakeries, deli's, and wine shops. The apartment has a very home-like feel and is equipped with the best equipment. Nice modern bathroom and Kitchen. The free phone service was a nice plus. We could make unlimited free phone calls to the USA or anywhere in Europe. The apt building was very quiet, bur there was street noise so we had to keep the double paned glass windows closed at night. Only negatives for us were no microwave in kitchen and no bidet in bathroom.
