We visited Paris for a week with our two teenage children, the location is excellent, the apartment was well appointed, apart from no lift we could not fault the accommodation, recommend this apartment if you are looking for a genuine Parisian experience.

We recently stayed at AMARIA and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect (we loved the energy of the Marais) and the apartment was perfect - even for two adults, two teens and lots of luggage! It was a convenient walk to all the major sites in the center of the city - Notre Dame, Ile St. Louis, the Picasso Museum, The Latin Quarter, etc. We appreciated having the taxi pick us up at the airport as well as meeting with the Parisaddress Representative on-site to familiarize us with the apartment. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed with lots of light - exactly as it appears on the website. We would definitely return. Merci pour tout!

WE spent a pleasant week in AMARIA apartment in May 2015. Everything was great from the pick-up and transport from the airport through the interior of the apartment, size and location. Particularly we wish to thank again to agent Maxime De Luca who introduced the apartment to us and fulfilled all our needs, making us feel like at home.

We are looking forward to use again great service of the agency and strongly recommend to anyone who needs this size of the apartment on the best location in Paris.

Habituée des hôtels, c'est la première fois que je loue un appartement pour un séjour parisien.
Et j'ai été ravie de mon choix ! L'appartement est spacieux, très calme !, aménagé avec très bon goût et très bien équipé (électroménager, wi-fi, télévision...). Il est idéalement situé au coeur du Marais ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer presque exclusivement à pied pour nos visites dans la capitale : Beaubourg, Le Louvre, Le Jeu de Paume..., deux cinémas pas loin et il y a même un très bon magasin bio à quelques rues de là !
J'ai beaucoup apprécié tous les avantages d'être en appartement plutôt qu'à l'hôtel : une vraie liberté dans les horaires et le sentiment d'être un peu « chez soi » pour quelques jours.
J'espère maintenant que cet appartement sera libre lors de ma prochaine escapade parisienne pour pouvoir en profiter à nouveau !

All good. We stayed for 5 nights in January 2015. That was my wife and our two adult children who made use of the sofa beds in the living. Everything went well from the moment the taxi picked us at the airport to the chap who showed us the apartment and there on. The decor was pleasant and more like a real home not a rental. The location in the Marais is brilliant. Even looking out the windows across the roof tops is a thrill. The bathroom was particularly good by European standards including a fully functioning separate shower. The kitchen had all we could want and even the washing machine came in use. The keys and codes all worked well. It was quiet. We would happily recommend this apartment and would like thank to everyone at PARIS ADDRESS for the service.

Hi there, I am more than happy to provide you with some feedback on our recent stay in your apartment, Amaria in the Marais.  We had a great 8 days in your apartment and loved it very much.  It was such a good size for 2 people and the main bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable and the linen lovely.   The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom very functional  with a very good shower.   The washing machine was a little perplexing and instructions were only in French, but we managed.   Lazar was excellent in his introduction and made us feel at home immediately.   We very much liked the furnishings and it really felt like a "home".   The location was outstanding and we loved the area and spent a lot of time exploring the streets and stores.    The stairs were a little challenging each day, especially with our luggage, but that is a minor comment.  I would definitely recommend your apartment to friends and commend you on your taste and style in furnishings and well stocked kitchen and cabinet in the dining area.   Please feel free to use any of the above on the website of the rental agency.

The Marais apartment was magnificent!  I am happy to report that it was better than expected although exactly as advertised.   I recommend it to traveling families looking for a beautiful place in a quiet building in the heart of a wonderful neighborhood.

It may take us several years to get back but we would stay there again for sure.

We stayed at the apartment for 12 nights and honestly there is nothing to complain about it. Everything was well maintained. The location is great. You can hang out in the neighborhood during the day or late at night and it is really safe. We didn't have any surprises with Paris Address. They were really professional. I would definitely use the company's services again.
PS. Don't miss the restaurant Robert et Louise. (on the same street - make reservations).

We stayed for a week and could not have been happier with the location and the accommodations. The apartment was comfortable and charming. We were close to great restaurants, shopping and cafés. Metro was a 5 minute walk. Enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille dans l'appartement Amaria. Tout était parfait. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, doté d'un équipement fonctionnel et très bien entretenu, cet appartement répondait à toutes nos attentes. Situé dans un très vieil immeuble avec beaucoup de charme, nous nous sentions imprégnés de la vie parisienne. Seul petit détail, l'appartement est au quatrième, ce qui offre toutefois une belle vue sur la rue Vieille de Temple.

What a treat! We booked this apartment shortly after it was listed for a full week and almost on a whim. But I am happy to say we were delighted by the experience. It was our (first) time in Paris and we found the airport taxi service that we booked through the website extremely convenient and. The driver was pleasant and spoke English. He picked us up on the return leg as well. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were met by PA representative who was nice and accommodating (he carried our heaviest bag all the way to the top).
The apartment is well located. It is in the middle of a tourist hub, but, honestly, we did not mind as we were in walking distance to many places that we wanted to see: Place des Vosges, Louvre, Hotel de Ville, Ile St Louis, Ile de la Cite, Pompidou Centre, Bastille, Notre Dame and many nice boutiques, restaurants, and patisseries. It is also close to two metro stations and several grocery stores, if you need supplies.
The apartment is on the fourth floor, so it is a hike, especially if you are carrying heavy bags. It is a well-appointed unit (as a new remodel, everything brand new) and has all the necessities for a short stay. It has a full size bed in the bedroom, two sofa beds, nice kitchen, and a modern (but small) bathroom. It has a full-size dining room and a nice size TV with several channels in English in case you want to catch the news.
Also, despite being in one of the busiest streets in the Marias, the apartment was very quiet. Heating system works well. We arrived in November when it was very cold and we had to turn heat off sometimes in the bedroom because it got too warm.
Overall, we loved the place, the service, and we think it was fairly priced. We will definitely use Parisaddress again.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de toutes les commodités dans un quartier très agréable. Il est très clair ce qui est très appréciable, et bien conçu car il y a une chambre indépendante au bout d’un petit couloir, chacun ne gène donc pas l’autre. La cuisine américaine est bien équipée avec des appareils électroménagers apparemment neufs (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four). La salle de bains est moderne. La pièce à vivre est vaste, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’immeuble a du cachet et est au calme.
