We stayed here for a little over a week this fall. The amenities were quite lovely, and the place was clean and neat. The washer, dishwasher, and kitchen equipment (coffee maker, plates, glasses, cutlery,etc.) was wonderful to have and use. The only difficulty we had was with our inability to get the hallway lights to work in the building; we used a flashlight app on our phones to help us find our way up the stairs in the dark. The apartment is minutes from several grocery stores, patisseries, restaurants, the metro and bus stops. It is a quiet and comfy space that enhanced our Parisian visit. If you get a chance to rent this little gem, I would do it again in a heart beat!

We stayed in this apartment for a week in June 2014. The location was great, and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The owner provided excellent information about restaurants, shopping, and places to see in the neighborhood. A minor problem was the temperamental lock on one of the building doors, but fortunately, the helpful concierge was there to provide assistance.

A lovely newly designed apartment in a great location close to metro stations. The facilities were exactly as photographed and described. Even though on a busy street (very handy for buses) the apartment is set back and there was no street noise. Great shopping and food nearby. The on-line booking and payment system is very efficient and easy to use.
