BEAUMARCH Apartment
My husband, our two daughters + their husbands and I just spent a glorious week (29 Sept-6 Oct) here at the Elisa on Boulevard St. Germain. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures; very roomy, very comfortable, fully stocked, very clean and well maintained. It is also very well located. Within an easy walk (less than 4 blocks) there are cafe's, butcher shops, a fishmonger, bakeries, a small grocery, and, on some days, a small farmer's market replete with fresh food, prepared food and even crafts. There is a small bakery right next door to the building where we got our morning croissants and coffee each day (the owner of this bakery was so friendly he even suggested we borrow a tray to help us carry the goodies upstairs for those in our party still in bed). I should also mention Notre Dame and the Seine are close enough to see out the windows. We could even hear the bells from the cathedral. As for public transportation to other sights, there is a metro stop a couple of blocks away and there is bus service on the street outside the apartment. Just as important as all this is the staff at Paris Address. Our booking was handled with perfection. We asked for the taxi service from Gare du Nord to the apartment-- the driver met our train, helped us with our luggage and drove us straight to the apartment where a Paris Address employee met us to let us in and explain the workings of the apartment: garbage disposal, appliances, numbers to call in case of problems, etc. An example of great service: we couldn't find a hair dryer our first morning, I called the number provided and when we got back from a day of sight-seeing there was a new hairdryer on the table at the door. In conclusion, I highly recommend not only this property but also the professional Paris Address service. They were instrumental in our family having a perfect time in Paris!

We stayed at Elisa at the end of September and had a great time. We were a mix of parents/grandparents and a toddler and all of us loved the apartment and were very comfortable there. We really felt we got a glimpse of what it'd be like to live there. We were met on time at the apartment by Amine who showed us everything we needed to know. Great views from the apartment of Notre Dame and Sacre-Coeur off in the distance. It was a good location to see a lot of the main sights and the metro is nearby.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The beds were comfortable and each room had its own doors that opened to a lookout type of balcony…which in fun to have in Paris! We loved having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes before we headed out to our next destination. The building was secure and had sch sweet French residents, that were so kind and helpful. The location was perfect. A lovely crepe place that I would recommend to everyone who comes here is the crepe Genia. Just look online for it. Only 5 euros for a sandwhich crepe or panini, a drink, and a dessert crepe! Yumm…The buses come right across the street of the apartment, which is so convenient after a long day of walking throughout all of the beautiful sites!
Great wifi to post all of our pictures that we took so that our friends could see back home. It had a tv to watch all of the soccer playoffs…important for my boys to see, when arriving back to the aprtment at night.
Wonderful place! Beautifully decorated parisien place!
