Just a quick note to let you know my sister and I very much enjoyed our vacation in Paris and the accommodations of LEGR23. Just a perfect location. Thanks so much for making it available.

The location of LEGR23 is one of the best in Paris, accessible to most of the attractions with ease. Across the river to the Left Bank is St. Germaine and the University, while
on the Right Bank is Marais lined with arts/craft shops and some very interesting antique stores, amongst other attractions.
Bastille is at a very walkable distance to the East, and the Louvre/Opera is a short subway ride away to the West. The closest subway station is Pont Marie, which is a mere two minute walk away. The neighborhood of Ile St.Louis is very friendly and helpful, and if in a rush, most everything can be found on this island.
As for the apartment, it is very adequately equipped. For a studio, the space is generously appointed with good lighting from the tall French windows. And the next thing I knew, it was already three weeks and I had to return home to Hong Kong.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Although a studio, it is very thoughtfully laid out so that we were very comfortable! Paris had quite cool weather while we were there (August 2012), but I think we would have been fine in much warmer weather as the windows on front and back walls allowed for great air circulation. The apartment was very quiet at night and in the mornings and with the very comfortable bedding, we slept very well. I think the only thing I missed was good reading light. Arnaud, who met us at the apartment, was the best! He was extremely helpful and informative, not to mention charming, and gave us a restaurant recommendation, which we really enjoyed. This is our second time using Paris Address and we would highly recommend both the company and this particular apartment.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for eight nights and loved every minute of our stay. The location can't be beat and the apartment and building are fantastic. We would definately stay there again!!

I loved this apartment on the Ile St. Louis. Paris was at its most beautiful and everyone was out in the streets until very late. Take earplugs!
I would happily return.

I would stay in a Paris address apartment next time I visit Paris. I loved this studio and the position on Île Saint-Louis. It was compact - great for one person.

We stayed for 10 nights in October 2011 at LEGR23. It was wonderful for a couple. We were met by Eric when we arrived who helped with how the appliances worked. The location is ideal, close but tucked away on the very beautiful Ile St Louis, with a wonderful boulangerie just around the corner. Highly recommend the apartment, we were very sad to leave.

We have just returned from a week's stay in the apartment. Very happy with the organisation...Joel was right on time to meet us and showed us how everything worked. The apartment was compact but had everything we could want. The location on the Isle St Louis is fantastic...lovely and quiet street but very central to all Paris has to offer. Will recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed our 9 days in the flat in mid-September. It was pleasant, airy and in a convenient location--close to sights but quiet and village-like. It was lovely waking each morning to the smells from the bakery below. Joel, the agency rep, met us on time, was very professional, and showed us everything we needed to know about the flat. We enjoyed having a bathtub as well as a shower, high quality bedding, and a good TV. The flat was very clean. It is small but not cramped. We'd book again through this agency if ever back in Paris.
Suggestions: The kitchen needs more teaspoons and bowls, and the ironing board could be replaced. The bathroom had a off-putting smell, but it vanished after we kept the window open and used some spray in the room for a few days.

Our week in LEGR23 was a delight! We fell in love with Ile Saint Louis, and felt that we had chosen the perfect "home" from which to explore Paris for our very first time! The apartment is lovely - light, airy and quiet - with well maintained amenities, and the neighbourhood is wonderful, with cafes, restaurants, and shops just minutes away, as well as a great little grocery store and a fantastic bakery literally around the corner!
The representative from Paris Address made the checking in process easy, informative, and friendly. We have been most pleased and impressed with our Paris Address experience, and will definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to Paris (because one week in this glorious city is definitely not enough!)

The apartment was fantastic, clean, modern and in an ideal location. It is close to great restaurants, shops and the metro. This was our first stay in Paris and the first time I have used this web-site to book an apartment. Everything worked like clock work and the arranged person was there waiting for us. My only negitive comment was that we could not work out the dryer. Not a big deal.
Anyway recommend highly

Our one week stay at LEGR23 was exceptional and proved to us that we CAN retire happily to a small apartment in Paris! My husband and I were amazed at how thorough and accomodating the service is from ParisAddress. From our first e-mail inquiry until Yohan accompanied us right to the business class check-in line at American Airlines for our departure to New York everything was parfait! Jean Marc (?) was waiting for us outside of customs upon arrival and Lucia was at the door to our apartment (in the rain at 0900 on a Sunday morning!) to greet us and give us a complete tour of all of the apartment's amenities (and there are many!) She patiently explained how everything worked and waited until our laptop was up and running. We felt at home instantly. The location is ideal: quiet, cozy and central. We walked all over Paris from the Ile taking the metro only once to the Christmas Market at La Defense. Pre-Christmas is a magical time to visit Paris. The lights and decorations are incroyable. We dined at home just once and found that we lacked for nothing in the apartment...we could have even invited guests!
I cannot adequately describe how amazing the service is from parisaddress. We will prove our loyalty by returning next year to LEGR23. Merci beaucoup tout le monde a parisaddress.

Just had a wonderful weekend stay here with my mom. The location was unbeatable with every convenience seconds away. It was very quiet, clean and bright. ParisAddress team was very accomodating offering us this place (an upgrade) as the one we had originally booked was under repair. Were very professional to work with. We would have liked having the option to have two sets of keys and the outside buzzer was not available to us as there was confusion about what the apartment number was. Had we wanted to separate it would have made for some confusion. Would recommend this apartment and the parisaddress service. Thank you!

Just left- had a wonderful stay and the apt is fantastic. The location couldn't be better and was equipped with everything we needed (only exception- wish the washing machine was a dryer, as well- had to hang our things all over to dry them). Lucia was very kind and flexible in meeting us later than our arranged time to let us in. The cafes and restaurants on the island were very good. Cannot wait to return and will recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. This was a cozy place, just the right size for me and my wife. The person who greeted us was extra nice and gave us instructions and a tour of the place. We had trouble with the wireless (something about PCs sometimes having trouble but Macs did not) but it didn't matter because they had an ethernet cable.
Ile St Louis is a very beautiful place to stay. There is a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner with reasonable prices. Notre Dame is just a couple of minutes away and we walked by there almost every day during our stay.
From the airport (CDG), take the RER B line to Paris and get off at Saint Michel and walk to the apartment. It is a beautiful walk to the apartment, especially when you walk by the Notre Dame and Seine river for the first time.
Also, note that although this is an island, it does not look like an island! Ile de Cite does not either (where Notre Dame is located).
I definately want to come back to Paris and would recommend ParisAddress.

Yet another great stay in Paris in our favorite apartment. It now feels like a home away from home. Once again the ParisAddress guys are really helpful. I'll be back next year!

We stayed in this apartment during New Year's eve period, and we greatly enjoyed it. The heating was OK, the bathroom spacious and comfortable, the bed very good. You have everything you need if you want to cook, even if it's difficult because this apartment is very small, but you don't go to Paris to cook. The building is really very quiet, you can sleep late in the morning, and the location is perfect! In the evening we had our little stroll to Notre Dame, which is very near. We recommend it to a couple, very romantic. Only little difficulty: it's small, problems with putting away suitcases.

The apartment in on the isle of Saint Louis is ideal. Quiet but steps from all you want to see. Supermarket, bakery, gelato, cafe, chees shop and river all within a block. Very residential and easy to find when coming home tired. Will come back again and again. Staff was on time and helpful. Cab I asked the staff to order was not there at airport nor did it pick me up to take me back. Hard to find a cab at 6 am on Friday morning pulling luggage.

After a wonderful 10 day stay last year, I returned for a full month this year. The apartment is wonderful and the location is ideal. Walking downstairs for a newspaper and fresh croissant every morning is a true delight. The ParisAddress guys are great, always willing to help when needed. I'm hoping to be back next year!

We loved our stay in LEGR23 in early January. Paris was wonderful as always and this is an ideal location to enjoy it. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and best of all, so close to the best ice cream in the world at Berthillon's. We were a little nervous about the arrangements since our train from Salzburg didn't arrive until 10:30pm. But Yohan was waiting for us (out in the COLD!) in front of #23. He was very patient and helpful AND has great hair! Our only question was about the washer/dryer The washer worked perfectly, but the drying was not very effective. It wasn't a problem as long as you weren't counting on wearing something soon! Or maybe we did something wrong in the settings.
We will stay in LEGR23 again! Our long time favorite restaurant is also right around the corner - Tastevin.

We stayed in the apartment at #6 Bailleul on our recent week in Paris. What a perfect location it was for us to get around the city. Within easy walking distance to many of the city's attractions, we hardly were concerned by the transit strike that was in effect during our stay.We now know where we will attempt to book our stay on our next visit to Paris.

We stayed at LEGR23 for a week at the end of June 2007 and it was terrific. Frederic who was delighful met us on time, showed us the ropes and made us feel very welcome. The apaprtment itself was charming and made our stay in Paris very memeorable. It was well appointed, light, airy and importantly very well locted and quiet. We had a slight problem with the plumbing and within 20 minutes someone was there to fix the problem. I would always recommend the apartment and the excellent service provided by Parisaddress. Thank you Frederic, once again and see you next year.
