BEAUMARCH Apartment
ParisAddress (with one major exception...see below) came through without a hitch. The driver met us at the airport, and another driver took us back. M. Eric was at the apartment to show us around and get us acclimated.
The apartment: modern a la IKEA, quite nice for the most part but rather spartan in others. The bathroom has an enormous but useless tub taking up most of the floor, while the toilet and shower (I think it was a shower) were tight and aggravating. Apparently, the owner never showered much, if at all. The kitchen was fine and well fitted out in stainless and concrete. The bed was okay, but the pillows were like limp rags and useless. The apartment was reasonable clean but not Germanic.
ParisAddress never mentioned that the building was under construction or renovation, with the entire dirty front scaffolded and netted, essentially eliminating any use of the balcony and table with chairs (which we wanted very much). ParisAddress should have warned us but didn't; hence a black mark against them for inattention and/or deception.
In other words, we were overcharged because the apartment was not as advertised. Be warned.
The entry hallway from the street was dark and filthy, with a ladder and junk mail on the floor. Doesn't anyone ever clean here?
The area of Bains102 was fine, if a bit tawdry. Next time in the Marais, or Place de Vosges.
Finally, a warning to ParisAddress: get your act together by carefully reviewing your properties frequently so you can describe them accurately to renters.

This was a fantastic apt for a week stay in Paris. It was in the perfect location as it had cafes, shopping, food all close by as well as the Metro. The apt itself was comfortable for 3 people and everything was in working order. The bathroom left a little privacy issue but that was the least of our concerns. I would stay there again when I next visit Pairs.

This was a very comfortable apartment for 2 adults and a teenager.
Central to everything. Very clean.
Loved it !

We had a great stay in the apartment. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, especially if you like food. It is well accommodated in the living area. The bed wasn't very comfortable though. Nevertheless, a very charming apartment.

My wife and I enjoyed this apartment for our 70-night stay. It was perfect for a couple plus the occasional guest. It is very centrally located and had everything we needed for our day-to-day. It's about a 10 minute walk to the River Seine, and 5 minute walk to the 4-line, which can get you to just about anywhere with zero to one transfer. We are both telecommuters and decided that we would rather work from Paris than Dallas. The Internet connection was extremely stable very fast. (Over 5M down and 1M up). For our next trip to Paris, I would not hesitate to lease this apartment again.

The apartment is well-appointed and cozy, as advertised. Our party was a couple and one teenager. It is centrally located with easy access to the metro and bus lines. The organic grocery across the street had everything we needed and the staff is wonderful. Even, though the Bains nightclub is directly across the street, it's very discreet and well-managed - the doormen keep things relatively quiet on the street (it was never problem with safety or noise).

This is a very nice apartment with all the amenities. The furnishings/decor are very nice which made my 3 week stay very comfortable. The wireless internet worked great (which was very important to me). The location was perfect: only a few minutes away from two metro stations, grocery stores, etc. The building was very quiet as I only ran across one person during my three week stay. I felt very comfortable and secure as a single traveler in this apartment.
